1. General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1.1. Orders:

Product Availability: Products are offered for sale subject to stock availability.

1.2. Pricing and Payment Terms:

  • Prices and Taxes: The sales prices of the products are indicated in Algerian dinars, including all taxes. They are valid at the time of the order.
  • Changes in Product Prices: Arvea reserves the right to change product prices at any time, but these changes will not apply to already confirmed orders.
  • Delivery Territory: Arvea delivers only in Algeria.
  • Delivery Times and Rates: Delivery charges are indicated before the customer confirms the order,
  • The delivery rates are indicated according to the following table:

  • Payment Methods: Arvea offers you two payment options

A. Cash on Delivery: The customer can pay in cash for the ordered products at the time of their delivery.

B. Online Payment: The customer can pay for their order online using the following bank cards: CIB or Edahabia card.

1.3. Payment Security:

  • Secure payment: Credit card payments are secure and the information is encrypted. Customer data is never stored by Arvea.
  • Anti-Fraud Control: Arvea reserves the right to transmit order information to authorized third parties for identity and payment verification.

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all transactions on the Arvea site in Algeria

2. Return and Refund Policy

In accordance with the rules established in this Returns and Refunds Policy, ARVEA offers the possibility to return ordered items within 4 days following the delivery date. We do not accept any returns, regardless of the reason stated, once the return period mentioned above has passed. This does not affect your legal rights.

    2.1. General Return Conditions

  • In the same condition as when received, with label and intact packaging.
  • Sealed products must not have been opened. You can request the return of an item purchased from ARVEA, during the prescribed period, for the following reasons:
  • You have changed your mind
  • The item is received broken or defective
  • The packaging is damaged
  • The item is used or expired
  • Item not as expected (The shade / scent / model)

   2.2. Rejected Return and Refund Requests and Confiscation
   All items are inspected upon return to verify the reasons for return provided.

  • If your return request is not approved by ARVEA, you will receive no refund of the purchase price or delivery charges, and we will make 2 attempts to redeliver within 7 working days.
  • If both redelivery attempts fail, we will immediately inform you that we will retain the item for an additional 30 days from the initial notification date. Our notification will  include details on the pickup location and opening hours.
  • If you do not retrieve the item within the required time frame, you will lose the item, meaning that it will become the property of ARVEA and they may dispose of it as they see fit.

    2.3. How to Request a Return?
   Arvea refunds your order in full, including delivery charges:

  • You can make a return request upon receipt of the product within 4 days.
  • You can also contact us by phone at the following number: 098 232 02 12 or by email at the following address: contact@arvea-nature.com
  • The return can be made either at your home or at one of our agencies (Algiers – Constantine – Oran) according to your choice.

   2.4. Refund Methods:
   When creating the return, by phone or email you choose:

  • A new delivery in accordance with the order, or
  • An exchange of the product for another identical one, or
  • A cancellation of the order and a refund of the amounts paid

Refund by transfer: you must enter your RIB or CCP account number with 20 digits and communicate it by email to the following address: contact@arvea-nature.com

Please note that items must comply with ARVEA’s return policy guidelines to be eligible for a refund.
